Italian Wine Tasting Dinner
Join us on September 30th, 2010 at 6pm for an evening of fine food and wine from Italy. You will enjoy the finest wines, paired with authentic dishes from Italy’s Tuscan region. Our Sommelier will be on hand so you can learn about the wines that you are tasting that night.
The wine tasting is $75.00 per person and includes the authentic Tuscan five course meal and wine.
You will start with an appetizer of Pizzettes with Carmelized Onions, Goat Cheese & Prosciutto. A fabulous Italian Tomato Bisque will be served for the soup course. Lion & Bull’s Caesar Salad will round out the third course in preparation for the main course of Chicken & Sausage Penne Pasta in a Rich Vodka Sauce. All of this will be finished off with an authentic Tiramisu & Chocolate Covered Strawberries.
