Our target open date is rapidly approaching and we are excited to meet our staff. We are now accepting applications for all positions, including servers, bartenders, hosts and kitchen staff. We are looking for dedicated individuals who want to work in a great environment and like to make people happy.

We plan to open in the last half of May 2009 (now June 13), with the exact date dependent on a few factors. The week before opening we will be holding group training for front- and back-of-the-house staff.

Please download and complete the application, which can be returned by email, fax or in person between 12-3pm M-F. If these times do not work with your current schedule, please call or send us an email.

    Hello,

    I am interested in knowing if you are interested in booking live acts. Fran Scuderi is an awesome guitarist, with a huge repertoire of music (70’s, 80’s, 90’s and now – guitar and singing) and I would LOVE for him to come down this way, as a local fan who has moved out to Gainesville.     Hi Marcy,

    Thanks for suggestion. Not only are we interested in booking live acts, we have worked with some of the areas best live music sound engineers to install a new sound system that showcases local and national artists while not turning the restaurant into a noisy club.

    We will occasionally have “quieter” artists playing during the later part of dinner, as well as full bands performing at night. We have a booking agent who works extensively with local and national musicians, and who is always looking for suggestions in order to discover new talent.

    We will pass on your suggestions and hopefully get a chance to see Fran Scuderi at Lion & Bull!
